GOOD LUCK FOO

This is an interpretation of the Chinese character 福 "Foo" that means good luck or blessing. In preparation for the Lunar New Year celebrations, it is typical to hang a "Foo" and other blessings printed on red paper on your front door to invite good luck into your home. This version of "Foo" was created using lego tiles, letterpress printed on a vintage printing press and gold dust was applied to give the character a beautiful shiny gold lustre.

This "Foo" is not only typically displayed during the Lunar New Year, but also for other celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, etc.

- Printed on 140gsm red paper
